Announcing our Pop-Up Brand Activations!
While live music still stands at the center of our mission and our events, sometimes live music or the intimacy of a small crowd simply doesn’t fit our client’s space or concept. For our festival, conference, and fashion clients, we have created a different and more self-guided journey of music, food, and drink. Music selections are played on iPads (and listened to through high-quality wireless headphones). Pairing stories are presented to each guest as they listen to one of two (or both) selections: a classical piece and a contemporary option. Food and sweet treats are paired (of course), and the guest is able to take the tasting journey at their own pace.
We’re extremely grateful and fortunate to have worked with some amazing brands already with our Pop-Up Brand Activations, including Adobe (yep, those PDF guys) at the Adobe Summit Executive Experience event at Bouchon Restaurant in the Venetian in Las Vegas, for an Oscar de la Renta sample sale VIP reception at 260LA in Beverly Hills and at Taste of the Nation supporting #NoKidHungy in LA.
Our approach, known as "event harmony," remains the same and is based in the belief that to create unforgettable moments and truly meaningful connections, all of the senses – individually and in concert with one another – must be purposefully integrated into the experience.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our process starts with a story, creates intimacy, and activates the senses. As we know, stories form the foundation of our tastings, and each event is uniquely designed for each client. We're experts at getting at those hidden gems, those nuggets of gold, that truly reveal your story to your guests and customers. Our pop-up events are the perfect solution for brands, corporations, nonprofits looking for for an immersive activation that's low in overhead but high in engagement and value. Guests listen to curated playlists via headphones, allowing them a profoundly personal aural experience. Each piece of music is meticulously paired with food and beverage selections and each sense is specifically triggered – one by one and in concert with each other.
