We here at Five Senses Tastings often get asked what our creative process is for pairing music and wine. While we understand that it is often subjective, that is also the beauty of it. If there were a strict science to it, our pairings would seem more like mathematical equations than human storytelling. At the heart of it, our pairings are stories: your stories.
